DRINK SOME WINE, IT IS GOOD FOR YOU!

 

Several researches have proven that wine has several health benefits. Red wines help control cholesterol and play a healthy role in prevention of heart disease.

The same as with food it is all about moderation. After all, enjoying a pizza or pasta now and then will not do much harm to you. This is the same for a glass of wine, one or two a day might just keep your doctor away.
